ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Tina Henry (Tina Nic Enrí) is a Galway-born novelist writing in both Irish and English.
She is the author of three books – two Irish-language novels and a school textbook.
Her second novel won first prize at Oireachtas na Gaeilge, Ireland’s leading Irish-language literary festival.
She holds an MA in Novel Writing from the University of Manchester and has worked as a television scriptwriter and translator.
For over twenty years she has taught English, Irish and creative writing at Dundalk Grammar School, where she mentors the next generation of storytellers.
Raised in a household steeped in literature, Tina is the daughter of the late Irish-language playwright and novelist, Siobhán Ní Shúilleabhán.
Storytelling, for her, is both inheritance and vocation.

- Are You Working On Any Other Books?
- Yes. Killer Smile is the first novel in a planned series. Book 2 has already been written and is currently being revised.
I felt incredibly energised after my first kill,’ she declared, beaming now, gazing at me with child-like delight, as though she’d just made a new friend. ‘I savoured the pleasure, for days afterwards. As I walked around with that secret, I felt so gleeful, knowing that nobody was aware of what I had done.
